Do you accept insurance ?

We do not accept insurance. We believe that having the freedom to give our clients exactly what they need is the best way to serve them without adjusting to insurance limitations.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Telson Health does offer payment plans. Payment options can be discussed at the end of your 90 minute consultation.

Can you be my primary care provider?

No. We are health consultants and do not diagnose or prescribe medications. You must have a primary care doctor for us to work with you. Our services are not meant to replace or substitute those of your primary care doctor but to work together with them toward optimum health and restored function. Our goal is to empower you to take control of your own health.

What type of training do the consultants have?

Deb and Charlene combined have nearly 50 + years of experience in the medical field, in multiple specialties. The Telson Health team holds credentialing as a Nationally Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant, in addition to our advanced training in functional medicine through the School of Applied Functional Medicine. Charlene also has training in Health Coaching through the Integrative Women's Health Institute.

How do I choose who to work with?

The choice is yours. You will be able to book your call with either Charlene or Deb when you visit the calendar.

Is this worth my investment?

Your best investment is in you and your health for now and for your future.

What is the next step to work with you?

You can book a 20-min complimentary call to learn more. If we both feel this is the right fit, we will send you a contract to work together. After signing, we will provide you with a detailed intake form to fill out before booking our 90-min consult appointment. This form is important so we can get to the root cause of your symptoms. We will review this prior to our meeting.

Do I need to have symptoms to be a client?

No. We welcome working with all who wish to improve their current state of health and prevent illness.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you must cancel or change an appointment, we request notification at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hr notice may forfeit the appointment, but will still incur the fee. With more than 24 hrs notice, appointments can be rescheduled easily via the online calendar.

How much does it cost?

Cost varies by program choice selected, and options will be discussed after your 90-minute consultation.
